Procedures
Due to the Coronavirus outbreak that has been spreading over the world at this time including Australia. For Matra Thai Massage, our patrons and staff health and safety is the major concern that we always keep in mind.
While we have had strict hygiene procedures since we operated. We have put some additional procedures into practice and made sure that our staff these procedures.
We have provided hand sanitiser in both shops to make sure that customers are able to follow hygienic practices.
The head support will be wiped down with an alcohol swab after each service and a new face towel will be placed on top.
All linen Will be changed after use.
All staff will wash and sanitise their hands before and after each treatment.
We have also requested if any staff member feels unwell to not come to work and we encourage our patrons to do the same.
